I've decided to get some business cards printed up to help generate some sponsorship. I think they look cool!! I thought they would be handy to have with me all the time. There's never really a bad time to tell people about what I'm doing and how they can help...and you never know who you're gonna bump in to!!My foot is still sore today...thinking I may need some extra support in my trainers, like some insoles or something. I'll probably do that for tomorrow's run and see how it goes.

Brilliant, what you are doing Rob, you will feel so fit and raising funds for MS at the same time.

What a wonderful thing you are doing and I wish that I could watch you run but I live in Florida. I pray that more people will see this and donate money for MS as it is a horrible disease and in the U.S. I was shocked to find out that many people can't afford to get treatment which is very sad. Good luck to you and keep on running.
