Ok so I start training tomorrow with a 4 mile run/jog/walk!!! Feeling very nervous now...with the training starting it makes it all real!!!I've planned my training schedule above but I'm struggling to get me head around the fact that I have to do well over 200 training miles for a 13.1 mile run...would I not be better doing NO training, saving all of my energy and just going straight in to the race?!?!?
Guess not! Wish me luck...
