Well, it's Sunday morning...the day after I decided to take part in the Silverstone Half Marathon after missing out on the London Marathon for the 3rd year in a row...what have I done!?!?
Oh well...it's done now so no turning back!!
Once I have sorted out my training and got my head around everything, I will be posting updates on here so keep an eye out. This is the first time I've done anything like this and I think there is somewhere on here where you can leave messages etc so feel free to leave me any message of SUPPORT!!!!! :)
Also, just a reminder that I am supporting the MULIPLE SCLEROSIS SOCIETY OF GB & NI and would really appreciate it if you could take a moment to click the link below and make a donation. Regardless of how big or small it may be, I will know I have one more person supporting me on what will be the biggest physical challange of my life so far!!

Hello baby, well I have to say I am truely proud of you for taking on such a mammouth task, I have no doubt you will do it in style! I will support you as best I can xoxo
Rob,
This year the half marathon, next year the Iron Man series? Good luck with your training. It's a good cause that sadly that we've become all too aware of recently as Dad is now suffering from MS and has had to give up work.
Fingers crossed your performance is better than Spurs!
James Trimble.
What I want to know is why is Tracey not doing it with you?? Good luck with your training, I won't recognise the super fit person you will have become next time I see you!
